How to add users to Yandex Tracker

Tracker is a service enabled for Yandex 360 for Business organizations. To give your employees access to Yandex Tracker, add them to your organization.

The features available to users in Yandex Tracker depend on the activated pricing plan and access settings.

Adding users to a Yandex 360 for Business organization

There are multiple ways to add employees to your Yandex 360 for Business organization:

  • Inviting employees with Yandex accounts. To learn more, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.

  • Setting up an identity federation. To learn more, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.

    An identity federation is a technology that allows you to implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication scheme so that your employees can log in to Yandex Tracker using their corporate accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, or other SAML-compatible user account management systems.

  • Creating user accounts on your organization's domain. To learn more, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.

    To log in to Tracker, an employee with an account on the domain will need to enter their full email address (such as login@example.com) and password.

Adding users to a Yandex Cloud organization

If you previously activated Tracker for a Yandex Cloud organization, you can invite users via the Yandex Tracker interface or manage users in Yandex Cloud Organization.

Inviting users with a Yandex account

  1. Open Tracker and log in to the admin account.

  2. In the left-hand panel, click Add user (if you do not see this section, click More).

  3. In the window that opens, specify employees' email addresses (such as login@yandex.com) separated by commas, and click Send invitation.

    You can send invitations to any email address. Each user will receive an email prompting to join your organization. Invited users will need to follow the link from the email and select the Yandex account to log in with.
