How to deactivate Yandex Tracker

This page is intended for Yandex Tracker administrators working in an organization on the Yandex Cloud platform.
If you're using Yandex 360 for Business, go to Enabling and managing access.

If you no longer wish to use Yandex Tracker, change the access level of your employees to Read. This is a free mode where employees can't create, modify, or delete objects, but they can view any information.

  1. In the left panel, click Administration Users.
  2. Select all employees and choose the Read access in the Access to Tracker column.
  3. At the top, make sure that Full access for new users is disabled.

If you haven’t linked a billing account and none of your employees have logged in to Yandex Tracker in over a month, the service will deactivate automatically. To prevent the service from deactivating due to inactivity, link a billing account: How to set up a billing account

After Yandex Tracker is deactivated due to a month of inactivity, all your data will be deleted in:

  • One month if there are issues created in Yandex Tracker earlier.
  • One week if there are no issues.
