How to activate Yandex Tracker
You can enable Tracker for an existing Yandex 360 for Business organization or create a new one:

Select one of the following options to enable Yandex Tracker:

Activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business services and Yandex Tracker for all employees of your organization: Activating a plan with Yandex Tracker for the entire organization.

Activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business services for the entire organization and add Tracker for select employees or departments: Enabling Tracker for specific employees or departments of your organization.

Activate a plan that includes only Tracker for all employees of your organization: Enabling only Tracker.
Employees will also be able to use Yandex Wiki and Yandex Forms. Other Yandex 360 for Business services will be available in a limited mode.
The plan that includes only Tracker is available to new Yandex 360 for Business users or organizations that haven't had an active plan in the last 30 days.

Log in to the Yandex account that you want to use with Yandex 360 for Business.
If you don't have an account, create one. For more information, see Yandex ID Help.

Choose whether you want to enable Tracker for an existing organization or create a new one:
Existing organizationNew organization-
Go to the organization account.

If you have multiple organizations, select the one where you want employees to use Yandex Tracker.

Activate a plan with Yandex Tracker for the entire organization or specific employees. To learn more, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.
To activate Tracker, you need admin rights for the organization.

Follow the link https://360.yandex.com/business/tracker/ and click Sign up.

Select the plan.

When choosing an organization, click Create new organization.

Add employees who will use Yandex Tracker to your organization. To learn more, see the Yandex 360 for Business Help.

Go to Tracker or open the mobile app and perform initial setup:

Log in to the account of your organization administrator.

Select the organization where you activated a plan with Yandex Tracker.

Create the first queue: select a template, name, and access settings for it. You'll be able to change the queue settings later.
