Enabling Yandex Tracker

Before logging in to Yandex Tracker, we recommend that you create an organization in Yandex 360 for Business.

If your Yandex account isn't registered with a Yandex 360 for Business organization, when you first log in to Tracker, a Yandex Cloud organization will be created automatically.

You can enable Tracker for an existing Yandex 360 for Business organization or create a new one:

  1. Select one of the following options to enable Yandex Tracker:

    The plan that includes only Tracker is available to new Yandex 360 for Business users or organizations that haven't had an active plan in the last 30 days.

  2. Log in to the Yandex account that you want to use with Yandex 360 for Business.

    If you don't have an account, create one. For more information, see Yandex ID Help.

  3. Choose whether you want to enable Tracker for an existing organization or create a new one:

    1. Go to the organization account.

    2. If you have multiple organizations, select the one where you want employees to use Yandex Tracker.

    3. Activate a plan with Yandex Tracker for the entire organization or specific employees. To learn more, see [Yandex 360 for Business Help]({{ support-business-up-tracker }}).

      To activate Tracker, you need admin rights for the organization.

    1. Follow the link /services/tracker and click Sign up.

    2. Select the plan.

    3. When choosing an organization, click Create new organization.

    4. Create an organization and activate the plan. To learn more, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.

  4. Add to your organization employees who will use Yandex Tracker. To learn more, see Managing users.

  5. Go to the Yandex Tracker page https://tracker.yandex.com/ or open the mobile app and perform initial setup:

    1. Log in to the account of your organization administrator.

    2. Select the organization where you activated a plan with Yandex Tracker.

    3. Create the first queue: select a template, name, and access settings for it. You'll be able to change the queue settings later.
