Goals
With goals in Yandex Tracker, you can manage the progress of a company, division, or team. A goal defines the desired outcome or result that a team has to achieve. For example, to increase sales, enhance brand awareness, or improve performance metrics.
To evaluate the goal progress, add a list of key results to the goal page in Yandex Tracker. These are time-bound quantitative metrics. For each list item, you can specify the assignee and set the deadline for achieving the key result.
Getting started
Use the goal features in Yandex Tracker to orchestrate the work of company divisions and employees and assess their results:
- To get started, create one or more goals.
- Split higher-level goals into subgoals that can be fulfilled by individual divisions or employees.
- Link projects that have a common goal.
- Add charts from DataLens to track metrics and visualize the progress.
- Monitor the progress toward the goal: employees assigned as leads can report on their progress by adding comments, specifying which key results have been achieved, and updating the goal status.
- Use filters to create a selection of goals.
