Integrating Yandex Forms with Yandex Tracker

You can create issues automatically based on information taken from Yandex Forms by setting up integration with Yandex Tracker.

The form can be published by a direct link, placed on a website or wiki page. Using these forms, even users without access to Yandex Tracker can create issues on their own. Forms are convenient, for example, when you need to accept support or service requests from users.

If you want to use a form as a template for quickly creating common issues, embed the form on the issue creation page in Yandex Tracker. You can add up to 20 forms to one queue.

You can set up integration using two methods:

1. In Yandex Tracker, using the form builder.
2. Creating a form in the Yandex Forms interface and adding it to a queue in Yandex Tracker.
