Using a form as a template for creating issues
Only the queue's owner can configure the queue by default.
With Yandex Forms, you can configure your form to serve as a template for creating issues. This form will be displayed on the issue creation page next to the standard one. It will help users create issues based on a certain template without being distracted by unnecessary fields and parameters.
You can also use the embedded form builder to create simple forms directly in Tracker. A form created this way is automatically added to the queue.
