How to use a form as a template for creating issues

You can set up Yandex Tracker integration with Yandex Forms and use forms as issue templates. Forms will help users create issues based on certain templates without being distracted by irrelevant fields and parameters. If you need the issue creator to provide certain information, you can mark form fields as required.

To link a form to the issue creation page in a queue, create a form using the Yandex Tracker's form builder: Integration in the Yandex Tracker interface.

When creating an issue, users will be able to select a relevant form and complete it. This will create an issue in the queue: Creating an issue from a form.

Managing the queue's forms requires the Queue management access rights.

You can add up to 20 forms to one queue.
