Issue board

Each project in Yandex Tracker has an issue board of the Basic type. A project issue board is automatically created when you create a project. Basic boards allow you to arrange issues in columns based on their status; however, they do not support Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

To go to a project issue board:

  1. On the left panel, click Projects and select a project.

  2. Go to the Issue board tab.

You can also open the project issue board in the Boards section in the left panel. By default, this board is named <project_name> project board.

Adding issues to a board

All project issues are automatically shown on the board linked to this project. There are various methods to add issues to the board:

If you add an issue to the project board, it's automatically added to the project. If you delete an issue from the project board, the issue is also deleted from the project.

Deleting a board

You can't delete a project board while the project exists.

If you delete a project, the project issue board will remain in the Boards section on the left panel. In this case, you'll be able to work with this board just like with a regular issue board. This means you'll be able to delete it if needed.
