Deleting a queue in Tracker

A queue can be deleted by its owner and organization admins group, as well as by users with the Queue management permissions.

You can't create a new queue with the same key. You can only restore a deleted queue and its issues with an API call.

To delete a queue and all the issues within it:

  1. Open the queue page.

  2. Before deleting a queue, make sure you moved important issues to other queues.

  3. In the top right corner of the page, click  Queue settings.

  4. In the top right corner of the page, click  Delete queue.

  5. Confirm the deletion.
