Changing basic queue settings
- By default, only the queue owner can configure a queue.
- You cannot change the queue key.
To set up the basic parameters of the queue:

In the left-hand panel, click
Queues and select a queue. -
In the top right corner of the queue page, click
Queue settings. -
Go to the Basic tab.

Queue name.

Description: The description appears below the queue name on the queue page.

Access denied message. Shown to the user when they lack permission to access the issue or queue.

Show users viewing the issue: Enable this option to show users who are currently viewing the issue. When this option is enabled, you'll see the
icon on the issue page. Hover over it to see who is viewing the issue at the same time as you. The icon also appears in the issue list.

In the Issue page section:
- Always show fields in an issue: Issue fields that always appear on the issue page, regardless of the user settings.
- Default priority: The priority that new issues will be assigned by default.
- Restrict issue export to reports: Enable this option to partially or fully restrict the export of issues to reports.
- Reactions in issues: You can enable or disable user reactions to comments in the queue issues.
- Show transition buttons from the current status under the issue name: Show buttons of issue status changes.
- Do not link to issues from other queues by a URL: Issue linking is not triggered when an issue key from another queue is embedded in a comment or issue description.
- Copy issues inside a queue and move them from other queues to this one: If the queue only allows issues to be created through a form, this option enables any user with create issue permissions to copy and move issues to the queue.
