Changing queue description

To set up the basic parameters of the queue:

1. In the left-hand panel, click  Queues and select a queue.

2. In the top right corner of the queue page, click  Queue settings.

3. Go to the Basic tab.

4. Configure the basic parameters of the queue:

   • Queue name.

   • Description: The description appears below the queue name on the queue page.

   • Access denied message. Shown to the user when they lack permission to access the issue or queue.

   • Show users viewing the issue: Enable this option to show users who are currently viewing the issue. When this option is enabled, you'll see the icon on the issue page. Hover over it to see who is viewing the issue at the same time as you. The icon also appears in the issue list.

5. Click Save.
