Bulk settings for queue access

To change access levels or revoke access for multiple users or groups at once, use bulk edit operations.

Main participants

Under Main participants:

  1. Select users or groups.

  2. Change or revoke the access level in the block that appears below.

    • If you selected  Change access, configure the relevant issue access permissions in the Queue access window that opens.

    • If you selected  Revoke access permissions, double-check your choice in the Revoke access to the queue window that opens.

Roles in issues

Under Roles in issues:

  1. Select users or groups.

  2. In the block that appears below, click  Change access.

  3. In the Queue access window that opens, enable Extend access: the user will get extra permissions when given a role in the issue. You will be able to add such permissions as View issues and Edit issues.

  4. Click Add.

Issues with components

Under Issues with component:

  1. Select components.

  2. In the block that appears below, click  Grant access to components.

  3. In the Add participants to components window, enter the user's full name or email, group name or ID in the search box.

  4. Configure component access permissions.

  5. Click Add.

Access denied

Under Access denied:

  1. Select users or groups.

  2. In the block that appears below, click  Remove restrictions and select Revoke the deny.
