How to set up queue integrations

To manage Yandex Tracker queue integrations with other services:

  1. In the left-hand panel, click  Queues and select a queue.

  2. In the top right corner of the queue page, click  Queue settings.

  3. Go to the Integrations tab.

Yandex Tracker supports the following integrations:

  • Yandex Forms: Use forms as templates for creating issues — when a user fills out a form, an issue is created automatically in Yandex Tracker, and the data specified in the form fields is used as issue parameters. How to set up integration with Yandex Forms
  • Yandex Mail: Create issues from emails sent to the queue's email address or communicate with external users from the issue page. For example, this may be useful when registering user support requests. How to set up integration with Yandex Mail
  • Commits: Link repository commits to issues.
