How to view employee workload in projects

On the Manage resources page, you can find any employees of the organization, view their project workload, and generate a report.

For example, a manager can find all employees from their department and check if any of them are over- or underutilized.

To learn how to indicate employee workload, see How to add employees to a project.

Find employees by parameter

  1. Open the list of resources of the organization: click Projects and portfolios Manage resources or follow the link https://tracker.yandex.com//pages/resources
  2. Expand the menu with employee filters: click Filters on the right.
  3. In the Dates parameter, specify the time period for checking the employee workload. You can enter the period in days, months, quarters, or years.
  4. In the Group parameter, start typing the name of the group or department where the employees you want to find work. If you choose multiple values, the list of employees for each group will be collapsed.

Use the search bar to quickly find an employee or group.

The latest search criteria you configured will be applied the next time you open the resource management page.

Sort the list

By default, the list is sorted by participant workload. To set a new sorting parameter (for example, by project deadline), use the button at the top of the page:

  1. Click to change the sort order: descending or ascending.
  2. To the right of the icon, click the name of the current sorting parameter and select a new one from the dropdown list.

You can quickly sort the list by a parameter from the employee list table: hover over the column and click .
