Queue templates
Tracker offers multiple queue templates for common operations, which make it much easier to manage your issues. Queue templates include a workflow with preset issue types and statuses.
Basic template
A queue template with an easy-to-use workflow and a great choice for new Tracker users. You can customize the workflow for your specific needs later.
Selecting this template will automatically create a simple issue board with the queue's name.
The workflow includes issue types:
- Issue;
- Milestone.
Issues can have the following statuses:
- Open;
- In progress;
- Need info;
- Closed.
When an issue is Closed, it is closed with the Resolved resolution.
Project management
This queue template is optimized for companies with multiple teams.
When this templated is selected, a simple issue board is created for each project.
The workflow includes issue types:
- Issue;
- Milestone.
Issues can have the following statuses:
- Open;
- In progress;
- Need info;
- Closed.
When an issue is Closed, it is closed with the Resolved resolution.
Development
