Yandex Tracker mobile app

You can use the Yandex Tracker mobile app to manage your issues when you don't have access to a computer. You can create issues, change their parameters, and leave comments.

Installing the app

To download the Yandex Tracker mobile app, scan the QR code or follow this link:

• Install from Google Play, [RuStore]({{ mobile-rustore-link }}), or an APK file for mobile devices running Android version 8.0 or higher.

• Install from the App Store for mobile devices running iOS 16.5.1 or higher.

• Install from [Mi Store]({{ mobile-xiaomi-link }}) for Xiaomi mobile devices.

• Install from AppGallery for Huawei mobile devices.

• Install from the [Galaxy Store]({{ mobile-samsung-link }}) for Samsung mobile devices.

When you launch the app for the first time, log in under your corporate account.

App navigation

The Yandex Tracker mobile app features three main screens.

Home screen. Here you can view and filter the issues available to you.

Notifications. Here, you can view notifications about Yandex Tracker events.

Services. Here you can quickly navigate to other Yandex services, such as Yandex Wiki, Yandex Forms, Yandex Mail, or Yandex Calendar.

Profile. Here, you can customize the app:

• Enable or disable event notifications.
• Change personal settings.
• Switch to a different account or contact support.

App features

With the Yandex Tracker mobile app, you can:

• Perform initial Yandex Tracker setup.

• Create queues.

• Create issues.

• Use a form as a template for creating issues.

• Search for issues using system filters.

• Search for issues by any parameters, as well as sort and group them.

• View and edit issue parameters.

• View issue boards.

• Add comments.

• View and edit issue links.

• Attach files.

• View an issue's change history and lifecycle.

• Move an issue to another queue.

• Add issues to Favorites.

• View the time spent on an issue.

• Create and edit checklists.

• Run macros.

Limitations

Some Yandex Tracker features are not available in the mobile app. To use them, go to the desktop version of Yandex Tracker.

• Working with projects, components, and versions.

• Working with dashboards.

• Setting up triggers, auto actions, and macros.

• Managing user access to Yandex Tracker.
