Yandex Tracker mobile app
You can use the Yandex Tracker mobile app to manage your issues when you don't have access to a computer. You can create issues, change their parameters, and leave comments.
You can also use Tracker in the mobile browser. You can access the Yandex Tracker web interface:
- From the Yandex internal network or via a VPN.
- From an external network with two-factor authentication. Learn more in the documentation
Installing the app

To download the Yandex Tracker mobile app, scan the QR code or follow this link:

Install from Google Play, RuStore, or an APK file for mobile devices running Android version 8.0 or higher.

Install from the App Store for mobile devices running iOS 16.5.1 or higher.

Install from Mi Store for Xiaomi mobile devices.

Install from AppGallery for Huawei mobile devices.

Install from the Galaxy Store for Samsung mobile devices.
When launching the app for the first time, tap Log in and enter your username in login@domain.com format.
App navigation
The Yandex Tracker mobile app features three main screens.
Home screen. Here you can view and filter the issues available to you.
Notifications. Here, you can view notifications about Yandex Tracker events.
Profile. Here, you can customize the app:

Some Yandex Tracker features are not available in the mobile app. To use them, go to the desktop version of Yandex Tracker .
