The app lets you change project and portfolio parameters, create links between objects, and add widgets.
Changing basic parameters
To change the name, tap it and edit the text.
To change the description, go to the About the project section and tap Edit at the bottom.
To change the status, deadline, or lead for a project or portfolio, go to Parameters, tap the current value, and select a new one.
Creating a link
If two objects are part of a specific workstream, nest them within each other: add issues to projects and projects to portfolios. If the objects are from different workstreams but affect each other's progress, create a link between them.
Adding issues to a project
To nest an issue within a relevant project
Open the project.
Go to the Issues section and tap at the bottom.
Select an issue to link:
New issue
Existing issue
To create an issue, stay on the New tab. Enter a name for the issue and select the queue where you want to create it.
If you can create an issue in the queue only using a form, you'll see the Select form button on the screen.
Select a link type.
Select an issue type.
Tap Create.
A new issue page will open.
If the issue already exists, go to the Existing tab. Start typing its key or name, then select the issue from the list.
Select a link type.
Tap Add.
Adding projects to a portfolio
To nest a project or portfolio within another portfolio:
Open the portfolio.
Go to the Projects and portfolios section and tap at the bottom.
Select what you want to add: project or portfolio.
Create a new object or add an existing one:
New
Existing
Stay on the New tab and enter a name and description for the new project or portfolio. You can change these later.
Set a deadline.
Tap Create at the bottom.
The page of your newly created project or portfolio opens.
If the object already exists, go to the Existing tab.
Select the object from the list.
At the bottom, tap Add.
Defining object dependencies
If an object blocks the progress of another object, add a link between them:
Open the project or portfolio.
Tap at the top, then select With project or With portfolio under Link.
Link it to another object:
New
Existing
Stay on the New tab and enter a name and description for the new project or portfolio. You can change these later.
Specify a link type and set a deadline.
Tap Create at the bottom.
The page of your newly created project or portfolio opens.
If the object already exists, go to the Existing tab.
Select the object from the list and specify the link type.
At the bottom, tap Add.
Adding metrics
To add a widget or DataLens chart to a project or portfolio:
Copy the link to the metric:
Open the desktop version of Yandex Tracker, select a widget on the dashboard, and click → Copy link for iframe in the upper-right corner.
In DataLens, select a chart and click → Share in the upper-right corner. Configure the embed settings and copy the link from https://datalens.yandex.cloud/.
Open the project or portfolio in the mobile app.
Tap at the top, then select Metric under Add.
Enter the metric name. Paste the chart or widget link below.
Tap Create.
Adding a checklist
Open a project or portfolio.
Tap at the top, then select Checklist under Create.
To delete a project or portfolio you created, tap → Delete at the top and confirm the action.
An issue key is the unique ID of an issue. It consists of the queue key and the sequence number, for example: TEST-123. You can use this key to access the corresponding issue via a link: https://tracker.yandex.com//TEST-123.
