Personal settings

To manage your issues more easily, you can customize the Yandex Tracker interface or switch between organization profiles.

Setting the interface language

You can use Yandex Tracker in English or Russian:

1. At the bottom of the screen, click .

2. Under Language, choose your preferred language.

Customizing the appearance

1. At the bottom of the screen, click .

2. Configure the parameters:

   • Interface theme. You can select the light, dark, or system theme.

   • Contrast. You can set up the standard or maximum contrast.

Adding or switching profiles

To add a new account to Yandex Tracker:

1. At the bottom of the screen, click .

2. To the right of your profile picture, tap Switch accounts.

3. Choose a login method:

   • Log in using Yandex ID: Log in using your Yandex email address or the email address on your company's domain.

   • Log in via SSO: Log in via an identity federation.

4. Select an account from the list or log in with a new one.

   To remove an account from the list, tap  Log out at the bottom of the Yandex Tracker screen.

Switching organizations

To switch between your Yandex Tracker organizations:

1. At the bottom of the screen, click .

2. Tap on the name of the current organization.

3. Select an organization from the list or create a new one.

Contacting support

To ask a question in the support chat:

1. At the bottom of the screen, click .

2. Tap  Support.
