The app lets you view all project or portfolio updates and monitor progress, even when you're away from your computer.
Viewing parameters
Project and portfolio pages display their main parameters, including status, deadline, and lead. To see all project participants and other information, tap Parameters.
If the project or portfolio description is too long, some of the text may be hidden. To view the full description, tap About the project or About the portfolio.
Viewing comments and updates
To view all comments or add a new one, scroll the project or portfolio page down to the Updates section.

To view all project activity and see who made specific changes, tap History.
Viewing a project's or portfolio's files
You can find all attachments from the description and comments under Files. To open a file or expand an image to full screen, tap it.
Tapping next to an attachment brings up the following options:
To share the link to an attachment, tap Copy link.
To save a file on your device, tap Download.
To delete the attachment, tap → Delete.
To download all attachments, go to the Files section at the top and select → Download all.
Viewing progress
Project progress is indicated by the bars under Issues and Checklist section headers.
The length of each bar reflects the number of completed issues or checklist items.
Viewing a project's issues
Under Issues, you can view all the issues nested within this project. To learn more about adding issues to a project, see Adding issues to a project.
You can choose how to view nested issues:
List: Default view. Filter the issue list using the buttons at the top of the screen. Adding search parameters
Portfolio pages have a similar Projects and portfolios section, which lists the objects nested in the portfolio.
Viewing metrics
If you've added a widget or DataLens chart to a project or portfolio, the page will include a Metrics section. Tap this section and select the widget by tapping its name.
Your metrics will appear in full screen. To exit view mode, tap at the top of the screen.
