Adding related issues and exporting issues to DOC files

We've added two new features to the Actions  menu on the issue page:

• Export issues to DOC files.
• Create and configure related issues.

Sending a copy of an email to multiple recipients

Now, when sending an email from a comment, you can enter multiple email addresses in the CC field.
