Yandex Tracker changelog: March 2025

Transition to the new Yandex Tracker interface is now complete

Now, you can access all Yandex Tracker sections and pages using the new interface.

The new interface is enabled for all service users. The option to switch back to the old interface is no longer available.

Option to fire a trigger when the SLA timer runs out

If you have SLA timers set up in the queue, you can use them as a condition to fire a trigger in the issue. To do this, select the SLA limit violation condition in the trigger settings.

Quickly navigate to a comment from a quote

If a comment to an issue, project, or goal includes a quote added by clicking Reply, you can quickly navigate to the original comment. To do this, click the quoted text.

A new way to measure key results for a goal

Measurement of key results for a goal has become more flexible. You can now do more than just mark a result as achieved. You can also add numerical metrics with initial, current, and target values. You can also clearly see how you're achieving your key result on a progress bar with this new measurement method: to do this, when creating a goal, select Measurement Value.
