Yandex Tracker release notes: April 2025
Visibility settings for user groups
The administrator can now allow or restrict Yandex Tracker users' access to the members' data in a specific group, such as login, email address, and position. For more information, see Configuring visibility for user groups.
New widget: Team performance
Dashboards now support a new widget, Team performance. With this widget, you can calculate and display the amount of work a team completes over a specific period. You can calculate the performance metric based on any numeric issue field (Story Points by default) or the number of completed issues. For more information, see Team performance.
Share or embed a widget in an iframe
Dashboards now allow you to share a link to a widget or copy its iframe embed code. For more information, see Setting up widgets.
See who is viewing an issue
The queue settings now include the Show users viewing the issue option. When this option is enabled, you'll see the Changing basic queue settings.
icon on the issue page. Hover over it to see the users who are viewing the issue at the same time as you. For more information, seeIssue history filters
If there are too many entries in the history of issue changes, you can hide some of them with filters. The History tab of the issue page now includes buttons for filtering events based on their parameters, authors, and dates. For more information, see How to filter entries.
New Yandex Tracker API version
The Yandex Tracker API has been updated to v3
. We recommend using this version for all API requests. Learn more about the request format.
The main difference from the previous version is displaying multiple projects when requesting issue parameters (Getting issue parameters) and multiple parent entities (for example, portfolios) when requesting entity parameters (Getting entity parameters).
Editing global and local fields in the Yandex Tracker interface
You can now find the action menu with global and local fields in the queue settings and in the list of Yandex Tracker fields. You can copy, edit, or delete a field without using HTTP requests. For more information about the new feature, see:
Tracking goal progress
The goal page now has a progress indicator showing how close the team is to achieving the goal. The goal progress depends on the progress of the subgoals and key results. For more information, see Tracking progress.
