The Gantt chart on the project portfolio page now has additional settings: you can automatically update the issue timeframes when the deadline of a blocking issue is changed and select colors for issues. For more information, see Gantt chart for project portfolios.
What's new in the mobile app
We added a few features that were previously only available in the desktop version.
Initial Yandex Tracker setup
After enabling Yandex Tracker (see Enabling Yandex Tracker), you can create your first queue using the mobile app.
Specifying the time spent
In the Yandex Tracker mobile app, you can now specify the time you spent working on an issue. To do this:
Open an issue page.
In the upper-right corner of the issue, select Select action → Add time spent.
To learn more about the time tracking options you have, see Time spent.
Inheriting access permissions
If a goal, project, or portfolio belongs to an entity of a higher level, you can enable inheriting access rights from this entity. For example, if you need to grant access to a portfolio and all its nested projects to a specific user group only, configure access rights to the portfolio and enable the inheritance of settings for the nested projects.
The Team performance widget is now available to all Yandex Tracker users.
You can use this widget to visualize the amount of work a team completes over a specific period. You can calculate this metric based on any numeric issue field (Story Points by default) or the number of completed issues.
Added the feature to evaluate performance based on time. You can now specify issue fields of the Time tracking category as a data source.
To work with a sprint, you can also add to the widget a second column with performance targets — Plan.
A new channel called Mobile app is now available under Settings → Notifications. You can now choose which notifications you want to receive as push notifications from the Yandex Tracker app.
In Yandex Tracker, portfolios are used to combine multiple related projects while goals help outline the results your company aims to achieve. You can now link a goal to the project portfolios that are related to achieving it.
