Creating an issue chat in Yandex Messenger
To discuss various questions with your team swiftly and avoid losing information while working on an issue, create an issue chat in Yandex Messenger. A link to the chat will be displayed in the issue interface under Links to external applications.
Creating chats is unavailable to the Tracker only plan users.
To create a chat:

Open an issue page.

In the upper-right corner, select Actions → Create chat in Messenger.

Enter the name and description of a chat.

To add a participant, start typing their name or username. The issue's author and assignee are added to the chat by default.
You can add up to 20 participants to the chat through the Yandex Tracker interface. -
By default, the only chat administrator is its author. You can add no more than nine other administrators.

Specify who will be able to access the chat via a link:

Employees only: Only users you added through the Yandex Tracker interface will have access to the chat.

All users: Other users will be able to get access to the chat later by using an invite link.

Click Create.

You can go to the created chat in one of the following ways:
- Click Go to chat in the notification that appears immediately after creating a chat.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Actions → Open chat in Messenger.
- Click the link to Yandex Messenger under Links to external applications.
Adding participants
You can only add participants if you have created a chat with the All users access setting.
To add additional participants to the issue chat, share an invite link with them:

After creating the chat, go to Yandex Messenger.

In the chat settings, enable the Invite link option.

Copy the link that appears in the chat information window (the link has the following format:
{{ link-messenger }}) and send it to your colleagues.
You can also get the invite link from the notification in Yandex Tracker that appears immediately after creating the chat: click Copy link.
