Editing a widget

To change the settings of a widget:

You can highlight a dashboard widget with one of five colors. Widgets have no default colors.

To select a widget color:

In the top right corner of the widget, click → Choose color.
Select a color from the palette. You'll see a color bar at the top of the widget.

To copy a widget:

In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and reports and select the dashboard with the widget you need from the list.
In the top-right corner of the widget, click → Copy.
Select a dashboard to which you want to copy the widget:
- Current dashboard.
- Another dashboard: Specify the name of the dashboard. To delete the original widget after copying, select Delete from current dashboard.
Specify the name of the widget.
Click Copy.

Once the widget is copied, a pop-up window with the Go to dashboard button appears in the bottom right corner of the page.

To expand a widget to full page width, click → Open in a new tab in the top right corner of the widget.

You can copy the URL of the widget page from your browser's address bar.

To go back to the dashboard, click its name above the widget header.

To share a widget with your colleagues:

In the top right corner of the widget, click → Copy the link.
Send the link to your colleague. Clicking the link will open the dashboard with the widget highlighted in blue.

You can also open the widget on a separate page and copy the link from your browser's address bar.

You can use an iframe to embed a widget in Tracker or in other services such as Wiki. To do this:

In the top right corner of the widget, click → Copy link for iframe.
Embed the widget on the page. For more information, see Embedded object (iframe).

To collapse or expand a widget, click its header. Tracker saves the widget status for each user and retains it the next time they open the dashboard.
