Creating a template
To create an issue or comment template:

In the left-hand panel, click https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates/issues.
Settings ⟶ Templates. You can also follow the link: -
Click
Create in the top right corner. -
Select a template type:
- Issue template
- Comment template

Enter the template name and description.

To allow the use of the template only in a specific queue, select Only display the template in a specific queue.

Fill in the template parameters the same way as when creating a new issue or comment.

Click Save.
The new template will be available on the template page.
Sharing a template
To be sure that other users can use your template:

Ask your colleagues to enable your template on the Manage templates page.
