Creating a template

To create an issue or comment template:

  1. In the left-hand panel, click  SettingsTemplates. You can also follow the link: https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates/issues.

  2. Click  Create in the top right corner.

  3. Select a template type:

    • Issue template
    • Comment template
  4. Enter the template name and description.

  5. To allow the use of the template only in a specific queue, select Only display the template in a specific queue.

  6. Fill in the template parameters the same way as when creating a new issue or comment.

  7. Click Save.

The new template will be available on the template page.

Sharing a template

To be sure that other users can use your template:

  1. Set up shared access to the template.

  2. Ask your colleagues to enable your template on the Manage templates page.
