How to create an issue
You can create issues in any of the available queues. Select the queue so that its subject corresponds to the issue's subject. If you do not know which queue to create your issue in, check with the project manager or your company's admin.
Each new issue is automatically assigned a key, which is a unique code that helps you easily find the issue. The issue key consists of the queue key and the issue number (for example, TEST-123
). You'll find the key above the issue's title on the issue page.
You can use the key to navigate to an issue page via a link (for example, https://tracker.yandex.com/TEST-123
) or link the issue by pasting its key in your comment or in the description of another issue.
To create an issue:

In the left-hand panel, click
Create issue. -
In the top left corner of the page, choose the queue to create your issue in.

If you have issue creation forms set up in the queue, select No form.

Enter a name for the issue.

Add an issue description. Use YFM markup to format text.

To add files or images to the issue, click File under the description.

To add a list of steps for resolving the issue, click Checklist under the description.

In the right panel, specify:

Key issue parameters: Type, Priority, Deadline, Project, and others.

List of the users relevant to the issue: Enter names or usernames in the Assignee and Followers fields or click Me to add yourself.
You can also leave the values at defaults to come back to them later.

If necessary, configure additional parameters: To do this, add fields by clicking Edit parameter list and fill them out.
To populate all relevant fields (for example, tags) when creating a task, use a template or integration with Yandex Forms.

Click Create issue.
The queue owner can set up simplified forms for creating issues.

Select the appropriate form.

Follow the prompts to fill in the fields and click the button to create an issue. If in doubt how to properly fill out the form, contact the queue owner.
If no simplified form was added to the queue, a standard issue creation page will open.
If you need to create a lot of similar issues, make a template for them. For more information, see Templates.
To create an issue from a template:

If you have issue creation forms set up in the queue, select No form.

In the top right corner, click
Apply template. -
Select a suitable template or click Manage templates to create a new one.
If you apply a template, the issue fields will be set to template values that you can edit.
