To add a report to Favorites, click next to the report name in the list.
Downloading a report
You can download reports in the Ready status. If an error occurs while generating a report, it shows the Not created status. Try generating the report again.
To download a report:
Find the required report in the list and click the respective line.
Click Download in the top right corner of the page.
Restricting issue export to reports
If you don't want information on issues to appear in the reports, you can restrict their export in the queue settings.
To do this, select a value of the Restrict issue export to reports option:
No restrictions: All selected issue parameters will be exported to the report.
Exclude issue descriptions: Report won't show descriptions of issues from your queue.
Disable issue export: Issues from your queue won't be included in the reports.
