Overview
Reports in Yandex Tracker are documents that provide information about issues selected based on the specified criteria.
Creating a report
To create a report:

In the top right corner, click Create and select:
- Report, to generate a list of issues with specified parameters. For more information, see Issue report.
- Report on time spent, to generate a report on the time spent by assignees to resolve issues. For more information, see Report on time spent.
You can also generate a report on the queue page, on the project page, or in the issue filter. For more information, see Exporting an issue report.
Finding a report
To find a report:

In the left-hand panel, click Dashboards and reports and go to the Reports tab.

To filter reports, select one of the options at the top of the list:
- Created by me
- Favorites
- Recently viewed

To find a specific report, start typing the report name in the Find by name field.
Reports are represented as a list with the report name, author, and status specified.
The list also shows reports created in queues, projects, or issue filters.
Adding a report to Favorites
To add a report to Favorites, click next to the report name in the list.
Downloading a report
You can download reports in the Ready status. If an error occurs while generating a report, it shows the Not created status. Try generating the report again.
To download a report:

Find the required report in the list and click the respective line.

Click Download in the top right corner of the page.
Restricting issue export to reports
If you don't want information on issues to appear in the reports, you can restrict their export in the queue settings.
To do this, select a value of the Restrict issue export to reports option:
- No restrictions: All selected issue parameters will be exported to the report.
- Exclude issue descriptions: Report won't show descriptions of issues from your queue.
- Disable issue export: Issues from your queue won't be included in the reports.
