Editing an issue
To edit an issue, go to the issue page. If you don't have edit access to the issue, request permissions from the queue owner or your company's admin.
The issue pages are updated in real time. If someone edits or comments on the issue whose page is open, you will see a notification about that in the bottom right corner of the page.
Changing issue names
Tap the issue name. Edit the text and press Enter.
Editing issue descriptions
To the right of the issue description, tap
and edit the text. Tap Save to save your changes.In the description, you can:

Use YFM markup to format your text.

Add images or files to the description.

Specify a key of another issue so that Tracker automatically links it to the current one. The key must be in uppercase letters. For example:
TEST-1234
.
Editing issue fields
The issue details are shown in the panel on the right. To edit the parameter's value, click its name and select a new value.
If you don't see the desired parameters in the right panel, add them by clicking Edit parameter list.
To edit the parameters of multiple issues at once, use bulk operations.
Configuring the panel display
You can collapse or expand the panel with issue parameters by clicking
in the top right corner.To change the width of the issue parameters panel, drag its left border.
Changing issue status
There are two ways to change the issue status:

On the right-hand panel, select a value in the Status field.

In the issue header at the top of the page, click the status icon and select a value.
To edit the statuses of multiple issues at once, use bulk operations.
Configuring how issues are displayed
You can manage your Yandex Tracker issues more easily if you customize the appearance of the issue page, including the interface theme and language, button display, and other options. To do this, go to Personal settings.
Settings configured for the desktop version automatically apply to the mobile app.
