My issues

To find issues you're working on:

  1. Go to  Issues from the left panel.

  2. To find the issues in which you are the author, assignee, or follower, select the All my issues filter.

  3. If you cannot see all relevant issues, expand the list:

    • On the left panel at the bottom of the page, click Full list of filtered issues or follow the direct link.

    • To open all the issues available to you in Tracker, at the bottom of the window, click All issues or follow the direct link.

To search for issues in the list, use standard filters or add search criteria.

To save a filtered issue list to a file or copy it to your clipboard, click  Export in the top right corner and select your desired format. For more information, see Exporting an issue report.

Standard filters

Use filters to narrow down your issue list and display only those issues that match the selected parameters.

  • Open  Issues in the left panel or follow this link, then select a filter from the list:

    • Favorite issues.
    • All my issues.
    • Reported by me.
    • Assigned to me.
    • Followed by me.
    • Waiting for response.
    • Deadline approaching.

    To open the issue list in a new tab, click Full list of filtered issues.

  • To display only completed issues, only incomplete issues, or all issues that match your filter, click Issues: Not completed in the left corner and select the desired option.

  • To find issues by name in the list, enter some text to search for in the Search by issue name field.

  • To use the advanced search parameters, click  Add a field for filtering and select a field. For more information about issue search, see Searching by Parameters.

Configuring how issues are displayed

To see only the issues that match your selected parameters, use the filter buttons at the top of the issue list:

  • If you want to hide or display certain issue fields, click  Settings, select the fields, and click Apply.

  • To group issues by a certain field, click  No grouping above the list and select the desired field.

  • To sort the issue list by a parameter, click the parameter name in the column header or select the corresponding sorting option next to the icon above the list.

  • To collapse the panel with the filter list, in the upper-right corner, click  Parameters.
