Think up a name for the subscription. It will appear in emails and help sort all emails by subscription into a single folder. For more information on how to set up mailbox folders, read this guide.
Select the object you want to receive updates about:
Issue
Project
Portfolio
Once saved, you can't change this setting.
Click Add parameters and set filter conditions for the objects you want to monitor.
Below, specify the events you want to be notified about. To receive notifications for all events, keep the default value.
Via Mobile app You'll get push notifications in the Yandex Tracker mobile app. To use this channel, allow notifications from the Yandex Tracker app in your device settings.
You can select multiple options.
Click Create subscription.
Once created, the subscription will appear on the settings page. You can edit, suspend, or remove it.
For example, if you want to receive notifications when you're assigned an issue, you can set up the following subscription conditions:
Under When in issue:, select Where I'm specified as → Assignee.
Under What happened:, select the Issue created and Assignee field changed events.
Select a channel for receiving notifications.
Using a template
With templates, you can create new rules faster. You can view the available templates on the subscription creation page.
To select a template, hover over it and click Use. In the window that opens, you can reconfigure the template.
To share a template with a colleague, hover over this template and click Copy link to template.
To preview the template settings, click the template name.
Enabling notifications about your own actions
By default, you don't receive notifications for changes you make. To enable notifications about your own actions:
Click above the subscription list on the right and enable the Notify about my actions option.
Resetting values to defaults
To be notified of only the most important events, reset the notification settings to the system settings. To do this, in the upper-right corner of the page, click → Reset to defaults.
Sharing the settings
To share a link to the form with preset subscription settings:
Click the subscription name.
In the top right corner of the window that opens, click Copy link.
Users you send the link to can click Duplicate to yourself and create a subscription with these settings.
Editing a subscription
Open the subscription settings using one of these methods:
Click the subscription name.
In the subscription line, click Actions → Edit.
Edit the subscription settings and click Save.
Please note that you can't delete the You were summoned to an issue event and disable the Notification center channel in the settings of the Invited to comment or reply system subscription. You can set up the You have a new comment reply event and other notification channels.
Deactivating a subscription
You can deactivate or remove any subscription, except the Invited to comment or reply system rule.

To pause or resume notifications for the subscription, click the toggle in the subscription line.
To permanently delete a subscription:
Click the subscription name.
In the upper-right corner of the window that opens, click Delete.
