Think up a name for the subscription. It will appear in emails and help sort all emails by subscription into a single folder. For more information on how to set up mailbox folders, read this guide.
Select the object you want to receive updates about:
Issue
Project
Portfolio
Once saved, you can't change this setting.
Click Add parameters and set the filter criteria for the objects that you want to monitor.
Below, specify the events you want to be notified about. To receive notifications for all events, keep the default value.
Click above the subscription list on the right and enable the Notify about my actions option.
Resetting values to defaults
To be notified of only the most important events, reset the notification settings to the system settings. To do this, click → Reset to defaults in the top right corner of the page.
Sharing the settings
To share a link to the form with preset subscription settings:
Click the subscription name.
In the top right corner of the window that opens, click Copy link.
Users you send the link to can click Duplicate to yourself and create a subscription with these settings.
Editing a subscription
Open the subscription settings using one of these methods:
Click the subscription name.
In the subscription line, click Actions → Edit.
Edit the subscription settings and click Save.
Please note that you can't delete the You were summoned to an issue event and disable the Notification center channel in the settings of the Invited to comment or reply system subscription. You can set up the You have a new comment reply event and other notification channels.
Deactivating a subscription
You can deactivate or remove any subscription, except the Invited to comment or reply system rule.

To pause or resume notifications for the subscription, click the toggle in the subscription line.
To permanently delete a subscription:
Click the subscription name.
In the top right corner of the window that opens, click Delete.
