How to set up notifications in Telegram

To receive Tracker notifications in Telegram, link your account and create a subscription.

Step 1. Link your account

  1. On the Notifications page, click Telegram → Link account.
  2. In the window that opens, click Go to Telegram bot.
  3. On the redirect page, open Telegram in the app or browser.
  4. In the bot chat, click START or enter the /start command.
  5. Copy the code from the message.
  6. Paste the code into the window on the notification builder page and click Confirm.

Step 2. Set up a subscription

On the https://tracker.yandex.com//settings/subscriptions/new page, set up a subscription and select Telegram for notifications. You can also add a new channel to an existing subscription. For more information, see How to set up subscriptions

The bot will now send notifications in Telegram about selected events.

Changing or unlinking your account Telegram

Open the Notifications page, click Telegram, and select an action:

  • To change accounts, click → Link another account.
  • To stop bot notifications, click → Unlink Telegram and confirm.
