Notifications and subscriptions
Notifications
Tracker alerts you about issue changes when:
- You are the issue author, assignee, or follower.
- You are summoned to an issue or receive a reply to your comment.
- You are subscribed to an issue.
By default, you don't receive notifications for changes you make. You can enable notifications about your own actions in the subscription builder. For instructions, see Enabling notifications about your own actions.
Notifications are sent to your email address that is linked to the organization. Notifications about summons or comment replies will also be sent to the Yandex Tracker notification center.
If the standard notification rules don't meet your needs, you can set up custom subscriptions in the notification builder.
Notification center
When someone summons you in their comment or replies to your comment on the issue, you'll receive a notification in both your email and the Yandex Tracker notification center.

To view a list of notifications, click
Notifications in the left panel. -
To go to the comment to which you've been invited, click the notification.
The notifications center only show summons to issues and comment replies.
