By default, Tracker alerts you about issue changes when:
You are the issue author, assignee, or follower.
You are summoned to an issue or receive a reply to your comment.
You are subscribed to an issue.
Notifications are sent to your email address that is linked to the organization. Notifications about summons or comment replies are also sent to the Yandex Tracker notification center.
By default, you don't receive notifications for changes you make. You can enable notifications about your own actions in the subscription builder. For instructions, see Enabling notifications about your own actions.
If the standard notification rules don't meet your needs, you can set up custom subscriptions using the notification builder. For more information, see How to set up subscriptions.
Notification center
By default, notifications appear in the Yandex Tracker notification center when you are summoned to issue comments or someone replies to your comment. To get other notifications in the notification center, set up subscriptions for the events you want and select "Notification center" as the channel to receive notifications. For more information, see How to set up subscriptions.
Click Notifications on the sidebar to open the notification center. Notifications are automatically marked as read when they appear in your view.
Managing notifications:
To go to the issue the notification was sent from and click the notification card.
To mark a notification as unread, click on the card.
To mark a notification as read, click on the card.
To delete a notification, click on the card.
To mark all notifications as read, click above the notification list.
To delete all notifications, click above the notification list.
