Enable integration with Samsara

To configure a Tracker queue's integration with Samsara:

  1. In the left-hand panel, click  Queues and select a queue.

  2. In the top right corner of the queue page, click  Queue settings.

  3. Go to the Integrations tab.

  4. Under Samsara, enable the integration and configure it.

To link a Tracker issue to a ticket in Samsara:

  1. Open the issue page.

  2. In the top right corner of the page, click Actions Add link to external service.

  3. Select a service from the list and enter the ticket ID.

Linked tickets are shown on the issue page in the Links to external applications section. The first of the linked tickets is considered the main one. This is the ticket number shown in the OTRS ticket field on the right side.

Syncing Samsara tickets with issues

Tracker can send information about changes in comments, statuses, and assignees to Samsara. Changes are sent to the main Samsara ticket.

To enable syncing, submit a request via the feedback form.

The synchronization only works for the Samsara tickets that were linked after the synchronization was enabled.
