Setting up reminders

You can send yourself a reminder about a Yandex Tracker issue.

Creating a reminder

To set up reminder:

  1. Open the issue page.

  2. In the top right corner, select Actions  → Add reminder.

  3. Specify the date and time of the reminder.

  4. To send an issue reminder regardless of the issue status, select Remind even if issue closed.

  5. Under Notify via, select one or multiple options:

    • Email.
    • Messenger.
    • SMS.
  6. Enter the comment. You will see it in the reminder message.

  7. Click Save. On the issue page, you'll see the icon with the reminder count.

When the time you specified arrives, Tracker will send you a message, and a reminder pop-up will appear on the issue page.

Editing a reminder

To edit an issue reminder:

  1. Go to the issue and click .

  2. Select the reminder from the list.

  3. To the right, click .

  4. Edit the reminder and click Save.

Deleting a reminder

To delete an issue reminder:

  1. Go to the issue and click .

  2. Select the reminder from the list.

  3. To the right, click .

Create an event in the calendar

To add an entry about working on the issue or arrange a meeting with issue participants in Yandex Calendar:

  1. Open the issue page.

  2. In the upper-right corner, select Actions  → Create calendar eventSchedule a time to work on this issue.

  3. Enter the information about the calendar event. If you need it, add the meeting participants, then click Create.
