Exporting an issue report

You can do the following on the queue or project page or in the issue filter:

You can find the created reports in the left panel of the  Dashboards and reports section. For more information, see Overview.

Issue report

You can save a list of issues displayed in a queue, project, or filter as a report.

If you export a report without changing any settings, the issue list will have the same parameters you see on the queue, project, or filter page.

  1. Open the list of issues you want to export as a report. Next:

    • In the upper-right corner, click  →  Export → Issue report.

    • In the upper-right corner, click ExportIssue report.

  2. Choose Issue report and select a format for the report: XML, CSV, or XLSX.

  3. A notification with the report name will appear at the bottom of the page: click the link inside it.

    To download the report again, click Dashboards and reports, open the Reports tab, and select the most recent one.

  4. Wait until the report is generated and click Download.

Setting up an issue report

When generating a report, you can set up a filter to generate an issue list and specify the export parameters. To do this:

  1. Open the list of issues you want to export as a report. Next:

    • In the upper-right corner, click  →  Export → Issue report.

    • In the upper-right corner, click ExportIssue report.

  2. Select Issue reportConfigure and generate. For more information about configuring this report, see Issue report.

  3. Click Generate report.

  4. A notification with the report name will appear at the bottom of the page: click the link inside it.

    To download the report again, click Dashboards and reports, open the Reports tab, and select the most recent one.

  5. Wait until the report is generated and click Download.

Report on time spent

You can generate a report on the time spent by assignees to resolve issues from the selected list. The report only includes issues that use time tracking. The report is saved as an XLSX file.

  1. Open the issue list for which you want to generate a report on time spent. Next:

    • In the upper-right corner, click  →  Export → Issue report.

    • In the upper-right corner, click ExportIssue report.

  2. Click Report on time spent. For more information about configuring this report, see Report on time spent.

  3. Click Generate report.

  4. A notification with the report name will appear at the bottom of the page: click the link inside it.

    To download the report again, click Dashboards and reports, open the Reports tab, and select the most recent one.

  5. Wait until the report is generated and click Download.

Copying the issue list to the clipboard

To copy the issue list to your clipboard:

  1. Open the issue list that you want to copy. Next:

    • In the upper-right corner, click  →  Export → Issue report.

    • In the upper-right corner, click ExportIssue report.

  2. Click Copy the issue list.

The issue list with the issue keys and names will be copied to your clipboard.
