Using shared templates
To share your template with other users:

Set up shared access to the template. You can set up access for specific users, or your entire organization.
Setting up access to a template
Access rights for a template can be changed by the template owner or any user who has permission to configure the access rights.
To change access settings for a template:

In the left-hand panel, click https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates/issues.
Settings ⟶ Templates. You can also follow the link: -
Select the tab you need:

Click Queue and Owner to filter out the templates if required.

Next to the template, click
→ Set up access. -
Add users or groups who will have access to the template.

Select the actions that you want to allow the user or group:

View: Users can open the template by clicking the link.

Edit: Users can edit the template and save the changes.

Configure access: Users can delete the template and manage access settings for other users.

To remove a user or group from the list, click
on the right. -
Click Save. If the user has access rights to the template, they'll see it in their list of available templates.
How to change the template owner
The template owner can only be changed by the current owner.

Next to the template, click
→ Set up access. -
In the settings window to the right of the current owner's name, click
and specify the new owner. -
Click Save.
Sharing a template
To share a template with a colleague, click
The user can only see the template if they are granted permission to view it.
Enabling a shared template
To enable a shared template and apply it when creating issues and adding comments:

Check that you have permission to view the template.

Adjust the toggle switch to the right of the template to a colored state.
