Templates

You can generate standard issues and comments using custom templates.

To view available templates and manage them, select  SettingsTemplates  in the left panel.

Templates will help you to:

  • Spend less time on creating issues and comments.
  • Use a single layout style for the issues of you and your team.
  • Decrease the number of possible errors and typos when assigning issues.

To create an issue template for a specific queue and add it to the issue creation page, use Yandex Forms.
