Using Tracker with Wiki

You can also choose how to open links to wiki pages: in a new window or on the side panel.

You can link issues from Yandex Tracker to a wiki page. For example, if the page contains materials needed to resolve an issue. You can add a link between a page and an issue in both Wiki and Yandex Tracker.

On the issue page, the link to the wiki page is displayed in the Links to external applications section. To open the page, click the link.

To add a link to a wiki page in the Tracker interface:

  1. On the issue page, click Actions in the top right corner.

  2. Select Add link to external service.

  3. In the menu that opens, select Wiki.

  4. Paste the wiki page address in the input field, then click the page name.

You can add a magic link to a wiki page in an issue, project, portfolio, or goal. To do this, paste its full address into the text:

https://wiki.yandex.com//users/name/page#anchor

The address is formatted as a link with the Wiki logo, the page name, and a heading anchor (if you link to a specific section).

How to add a link to Tracker in Wiki

To add a link to an issue on a wiki page, copy its address or key and paste it in the text of the page:

The key is automatically converted to a magic link containing the Tracker logo, key, name, status of the issue, and the assignee's username.

Insert a list of issues on a wiki page

You can add a list of issues to Yandex Wiki from any queue:

  1. Open the queue page and specify the search criteria if required.

  2. Click  ExportCopy the issue list in the top right corner.

  3. Add the list to the page.

In Yandex Wiki, you can add an issue filter:

  1. Open the list of available issues and set up filters.

  2. Click  ExportCopy the issue list in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Add the list to the page.

You can quickly create an issue list right in the Wiki editor using the toolbar button.

By default, a link to a wiki page opens in a new window. To open the page over the issue:

  1. In the left panel, click Settings.

  2. Under interface-360.svg, select Open issuesOn the side panel.

An issue key is a unique identifier contained in the issue link. It consists of the queue key and a number, for example TEST-123.
