Quality control for services that post information about doctors
To participate in the extended site display in Yandex search program, read the terms and requirements below.
Terms of placement
-
Being a doctor is a mandatory requirement: each person must be a qualified medical specialist with a relevant degree.
-
The service either must have a license at the time of pre-moderation on the site or must provide functionality for making appointments directly at a licensed organization.
-
The online service must be represented by a valid legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.
The site must contain reliable information:
About the legal entity
-
Full organization name.
-
Legal address.
-
OGRN.
About the individual entrepreneur
-
Last name, first name, patronymic.
-
OGRNIP.
We recommend that you provide this information on the "About the company" or "Contacts" page. The site may be rejected if the OGRN or OGRNIP belongs to another service or site.
-
-
The online service activities and offers must comply with the laws and regulations in Russia.
-
Orders must be processed on the terms published by the service (offer parameters; additional terms), or on more favorable terms for the buyer.
-
Profanity must not be placed on the service.
-
The online service must not imitate or substitute another online service (except for regional versions and the like).
-
The online service must be localized for users from Russia.
-
The user must be able to make an appointment on the site's page according to the details of the offer in the dedicated section from which the user visited the site (an appointment with a specific doctor at a specific licensed organization).
-
Payment methods must be specified on the site.
-
The online service site must support the HTTPS protocol. How to move a site to HTTPS.
-
The online service site must work and contain no viruses. You can check the site for viruses in Yandex Webmaster on the Troubleshooting → Security and violations page.
-
Each offer must be placed on a separate page on the online service site.
-
The offer pages and the main site page must not contain additional windows that open (“popups”).
-
It's not allowed to use this search feature for intermediary sites that redirect users to other services or similar offers, including those for booking appointments.
A site is considered intermediary if it doesn't belong to an organization that directly provides medical services. This includes:
- Sites whose OGRN, name, or contact details match another site that provides or previously provided doctor information.
- Services that are not authorized to post doctor information by the organization that appointments are booked at.
- Services that collect users' requests for the purpose of redirecting them to other services or contact centers.
- Services that collect user requests but don't actually book appointments at a licensed organization, as revealed by a review or user complaints.
- Services that aggregate and post offers on behalf of various organizations, but don't actually book patients at a licensed organization themselves, instead redirecting them to a third-party website.
-
The phone number listed on the online service site must work and be able to receive calls. Communication with the user must be done on behalf of the same online service or on behalf of the organization with a medical license where the user wants to book an appointment.
-
If an online service provides services that are subject to certification, declaration, or licensing, it must post supporting documents on its site.
-
The online service must confirm the order during the moderation. The working hours of the online service indicated on the site are taken into account, and so is the region. If opening hours aren't specified, by default, the online service is assumed to be open from 10:00 to 18:00.
Types of checks
All online services are regularly checked by the quality control service. The service staff try to place orders in the online service through the site or through a phone call. The employee checks if the feed contains information that contradicts the page content. Based on the results of the check, placement of the online service may be suspended until any errors are corrected.
The quality control service staff performs the following checks:
Visual
- The check is done without placing an order. The service employee carefully examines and verifies the information specified in the YML file and provided on the online service page.
Through the online service site
- An employee makes one or more orders and waits for a response within a few hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
What should I do if my online service was not allowed placement or blocked?
The online service may be refused placement or disabled if it violates the rules of the service:
-
The check revealed that the online service placed an offer in order to attract the user's attention and redirect them to a similar offer.
-
The online service can be blocked based on the user complaints analysis.
-
The same error is regularly found in several offers of the online service.
-
The online service is recognized as a duplicate showcase of another service.
-
The online service uses links to offers that redirect users to other sites.
-
The online service didn't respond to the order during the verification period. The working hours of the online service indicated on the site are taken into account, and so is the region. If opening hours aren't specified, by default, the online service is assumed to be open from 10:00 to 18:00.
If your online service was disconnected or not allowed to connect, you can find the reason and information about errors in Yandex Webmaster.
To connect, fix the errors and send a request using the form below.
