What it adds to search results
The rating of a product or organization based on the data from a site with ratings. The answer shows the average rating and the total number of ratings.
How to set it up
Mark up the content on your site using the Review schema of the Schema.org standard and contact Yandex Webmaster support. Such answers are generated for sites that have passed the quality control service's check.
The rating can also be calculated based on the reviews of your company that were posted on Yandex, if the company has a profile on Yandex. How to add an organization:

Go to the Organizations page.

Click the Add button and fill in the fields.
You can also link a company that already has a profile on Yandex to your website. To do this, go to the profile, find the organization editing form, and specify the website address to which you want to link this information in the Website field.
Terms
The site must ensure that the data is correct and the offers match the subject. It is also responsible for dissemination of illegal information. In the event the terms are violated, Yandex has the right not to use the site data for changing the display in the search results.
