Advanced search query analytics by URL (β)

On the Efficiency → Advanced search query analytics by URL ^β page, you can get aggregated data on search queries and pages they lead to from search results. Reports can be filtered by region and date.

This helps you check how well your site pages in search results match the query intent, and tailor content to the actual interests of your audience.

What is included in the report

The report contains information on user queries, impressions of your site pages in Yandex Search, and clicks on them over a specific period in a specified region.

Data in the report is represented as a CSV table with the following columns:

• Date
• Host
• URL
• Query
• Region
• Clicks
• Impressions
• Ranking

How to get a report

1. In Yandex Webmaster, select the site you need analytics for.

2. On the Advanced search query analytics by URL ^β page, specify the date range, region, and list of your site URLs you need analytics for (one URL per row).

3. Click Prepare analytics. Typically, analysis takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours (in certain cases, up to 24 hours).

   Completed and in-progress reports are displayed in the table at the bottom of the page. To view the detailed information about an upload (report), click Show next to a report in the table.

4. When your report is ready, click Download.

You can also get a report via the API.

Access to the tool

Data export for a single URL for one day equals one request. For example, exporting data for a single URL over 3 days will consume 3 requests. The number of requests left available is displayed in the table at the top of the page.

There are two options to access the tool:

• Basic

  Available by default and includes 100 requests per day. The request limit resets every day at 00:00 Moscow time. You can specify up to 100 URLs in a single request or make up to 100 requests per day.

• Advanced

  You get extra 500,000 requests per month. When you purchase this option, your basic 100 requests remain available and are consumed first.

  Advanced access features

  • You can extend your limit even more.

    If you make more than 500,000 requests per month, each subsequent block of 500,000 requests will cost you 10,000 rubles.

  • You can contact your personal manager at all stages of using the tool.

  Payment options:

  • 30,000 rubles if you pay for a month.

  • 250,000 rubles if you pay for one year at once (equivalent to 20,834 rubles per month).
