Creating a page

A single cluster can contain no more than 500 pages. The maximum number of pages per organization is 10,000.

To create a page:

  1. In the left-hand panel, click Create a page. The page opens in edit mode.

  2. Click the line that says New page and enter a title.

  3. The page cluster and address are set automatically. You can see them under the title. To change them:

    • Click the text after and select the cluster where you want to create the page. Follow instructions in the tooltip.

    • Click the text after and enter the page address.

  4. Add some content to the page, use a template, or edit the page later.

You can add a dynamic table to the page.

  5. To collaborate on the page with your team in real time, enable Collab mode. See how to edit pages with other users.

  6. In the top-right corner, click Publish.

Creating a page in a selected cluster

There are two ways to create a subpage in a cluster:

  • In the Cluster structure menu, click Create subpage to the left of the page name.

  • Open the cluster where you want to create a new page. In the top right corner of the cluster page, click Actions and select Create subpage.

The created page opens in the editor. Name the page, add content, or use a template.

Using a template

Templates provide a preset page structure and content, making it easy to create standard pages. If you have any templates, you'll see them at the bottom section of the editor when creating a new page.

To customize or use templates, create a new page and select from the available options:

  • You can apply a template by hovering over it and clicking Use. The template content will appear on the page.

  • To view the full list of templates, click All templates.

  • To switch templates, click Templates in the upper-right corner, then select a new template and click Use. Switching to another template deletes your changes.

  • If you don't have any templates available, you can create a new one. To do this, click Templates in the upper-right corner and select Create template.

After clicking Publish, you'll no longer be able to select or change a template.

Creating a dynamic table

Dynamic tables are tables where you can specify column data type, sort values, or make cells required for filling in.

You can create a new table on your page or embed an existing one. For more information, see Dynamic table.
