Enabling Yandex Wiki

Users of organizations registered on the Yandex 360 for Business platform can use Yandex Wiki to create a corporate knowledge base. For more information about Yandex Wiki features, see Wiki overview.

If you don't have a Yandex 360 for Business organization, you can create one. To learn more, go to the Yandex 360 for Business documentation.

Activate Wiki in the existing organization

If you already have an organization in Yandex 360 for Business, Yandex Wiki is automatically activated when any user of the organization logs in for the first time:

  1. Go to the Wiki home page: https://wiki.yandex.com/.

  2. Log in to the account you use to work in the organization.

  3. If your account is registered with several organizations, select the one where you want to activate Yandex Wiki. Then click Next.

Warning

If your account isn't registered with the Yandex 360 for Business organization, when you first log in to Yandex Wiki, a Yandex Cloud organization will be created.

To connect Wiki correctly, use an account that is registered with the Yandex 360 for Business organization.

If you can't connect Wiki to the Yandex 360 for Business organization, contact support.

Migrating to Wiki from Confluence

If you're currently using Confluence and want to transition to Yandex Wiki, you can transfer your posts to Wiki. To begin the migration process, you'll need an XML backup of your knowledge base.
