# Wiki overview

Yandex Wiki is a service for building a corporate knowledge base that the company employees can populate and update.

On Wiki pages, you can store information that employees need for work: memos, useful links and contacts, instructions, project documentation, and personal notes. Wiki provides company employees with additional collaborative features: they can share information, search for answers to frequently asked questions, and give their input in the page comments section.

## Access to Yandex Wiki {#access}

Users registered in [Yandex 360 for Business](https://admin.yandex.com) can work in Yandex Wiki. An organization's own knowledge base is created in Yandex Wiki, which is only accessible to its employees. To learn how to enable Yandex Wiki, see [Enabling Yandex Wiki](https://yandex.ru/support/wiki/en/enable-wiki.md).

To access Wiki, [log in to the account](https://yandex.ru/support/wiki/en/login.md) you use to work in your organization.

If a company has a system for user and access management (such as Active Directory or Google Workspace), employees can use their corporate accounts to log in to the organization in Yandex 360 for Business and get access to Wiki using a Single Sign-On (SSO) system. For information on how to [set up SSO](https://yandex.com/support/yandex-360/business/admin/sso.html) and [allow access](https://yandex.com/support/yandex-360/business/admin/admin.html), see the Yandex 360 for Business documentation.
