Actions with Wiki pages

To perform actions on the Wiki page, open the options menu:

1. Go to the page you have access to.

2. Click Actions on the panel in the top right corner.

Managing access

There are two ways to add authors and manage access permissions for the page:

• In the actions menu, click Actions.

• Above the button, on the left side, click the button with the icon.

Managing the page layout and content

Use the following options to customize the appearance of your Wiki page:

• Revision history

• Page resources

• Marking a page as obsolete

• Switching to the new editor

• Adding a cover

  The cover is the background for the section that shows the page's author, title, and when it was last updated. To set the background, click Actions and select Add cover.

Managing Wiki spaces

You can perform the following actions on a page or cluster:

• Creating a subpage

• Moving a page

• Creating a copy

• Finding text on a page

• Subscribing to a page

• Deleting a page
