New interface of the legacy editor

We've updated the functionality and interface of the editor for old Wiki markup to better integrate with the platform's overall design:

• The image upload tool has been relocated: you'll now find an Add image button on the top toolbar instead of the Files button in the upper-left corner.
  You can now specify image dimensions in pixels directly during upload.

• The split mode toggle has been repositioned: the Split mode button now sits next to the Preview button on the right side of the toolbar.

• Dynamic tables can now no longer be created in the legacy editor interface.
  Currently, you can only create a new dynamic table in the old {{grid page=""}} format by creating a page with the Table type.
