Roles and access rights in Wiki
Each organization employee has the right to create and edit Wiki pages. Access rights for a page or cluster can be configured by its author.
Page authors
A page can have one or more authors:
- Page author. By default, this is the user who created the page. You can assign only one author per page. The author's name appears above the page title.
- Co-authors. All users added to the list of page authors.
All authors and co-authors can perform the following actions:
- Edit pages.
- Set up other users' access rights to the page (see Selecting a page access type).
- Change page authors and co-authors (see Changing page authors).
Readers
Readers in Wiki are users who are not assigned as authors of the page.
The organization administrator, page author or co-authors can manage permissions for these users:
- Completely restrict viewing of the page.
- Grant read-only access to the page.
- Grant access to view and edit the page.
Readers can't manage access for the page or change the page author and co-authors.
