User roles in Wiki

A role in Wiki determines what actions a user can perform on a page. Authors and co-authors have full access to the page and can expand or restrict other users' actions. Editors can modify page content, while readers can only view it.

Wiki administrator

A Wiki administrator can assign access to Wiki pages and restore deleted pages.

By default, the Yandex 360 organization administrator has administrator privileges. To make another employee an administrator, assign them the "Wiki Administrator" role in the Yandex 360 organization management console.

Page author and co-authors

By default, the author is the user who created the page. Their name is displayed on the page, to the right of the title. You can change the page author.

A co-author can be added by the page author, other co-authors, or the Wiki administrator.
