Setting up templates
To create standard pages quickly, set up templates. For information on how to create a page from a template, see Using a template.
Creating a template

Follow the link https://wiki.yandex.com//_templates.

In the top right corner of the page, click
Create template. -
Enter the template name and description and click Create.
You can also upload a custom image. It'll be shown in the template list instead of the standard one.

Edit the page and click Save.
You can use the Yandex Flavored Markdown markup language in templates.

Set up access to the template.
Editing a template

Select a template and click Preview.

Edit the template:

To edit or delete an image, hover over it and click .

To edit the template name, description, and text, click Edit.

When everything is ready, click Save.
After that, you can create a page using your template. To do that, click Use template.
Configuring access
By default, only the author can access the template. To make it available to other users, grant them access.

Select a template and click Preview.

In the top right corner of the page, click the button that specifies the template access mode (the default mode is Some employees).

In the Access rights section, specify who should be able to use the template:

All employees: All employees of your organization.

Some employees: Specify the usernames of people or the group to grant access to.
Note
By default, the list contains the template's authors and co-authors. They can't be removed.

To allow other users to edit the template, add them to the list of authors. To do this, click Authors on the sidebar and enter their usernames.

Click Save.
