Glide typing (swipe)
With Yandex Keyboard, you can type without taking your finger off the screen. This may come in handy when you're on public transport and having trouble hitting the right keys, for example. Just swipe your finger from one letter to another and choose a word in the suggestions.
If you don't see the word you need in the suggestions, type it as you normally would and send the message: the Yandex Keyboard dictionary will remember the word and suggest it to you the next time.
By default, the finger trajectory is displayed on the screen during glide typing. You can disable it:

Tap and hold the
icon next to the space bar and select

Go to Appearance.

Disable the Show gesture trail option.
You can also use glide typing to delete text: tap and hold the key and move your finger to the left across letters. The farther you slide it, the more words will be highlighted and selected to delete. When you've done selecting, simply lift up your finger.
To disable glide typing:

Go to Gestures and voice.
