Add variety to your messages

Emoji

1. Tap the icon in the upper-right corner of Yandex Keyboard.

2. Choose an emoji:

   • From the general list by scrolling it to the left and down.

   • From the category by switching categories on the panel at the bottom of the screen.

   • From the search by entering a query in the search box.

3. To go back to the letter keyboard, tap the cross in the upper-right corner or tap in the bottom-left corner.

If emojis aren't available, it means that the input field is not intended for emojis.

Gifs

1. Tap the icon in the upper-right corner of Yandex Keyboard.

2. Switch to the gifs tab by tapping the icon.

3. Choose a gif:

   • From the category by switching categories on the panel at the bottom of the screen.

   • From the search by entering a query in the search box.

4. To go back to the letter keyboard, tap the cross in the upper-right corner or tap in the bottom-left corner.

If the messenger or the input field doesn't support gifs, this will insert a link to the gif instead of the actual gif.

Drawings

You can make your chats more creative by hand-drawing a little picture directly on the keyboard and pasting it into the message.

1. Tap the icon in the upper-right corner of Yandex Keyboard.

2. Switch to the drawing tab by tapping the icon.

3. Choose a color and draw whatever you want. To undo an action, tap .

4. When you're done, tap Done, and the drawing will be copied to the clipboard. Go back to the input field and tap .
