Payment of remuneration
The Yandex Travel affiliate program awards remuneration for hotel bookings paid for on the Yandex Travel partner subdomains. Remuneration is awarded when guests check out.

How remuneration is calculated
You receive a percentage of the order cost:
- If a user booked and paid for a hotel on the Yandex Travel partner subdomain.
- If they didn't cancel their booking and stayed in the accommodation.
You can track your remuneration for bookings on Yandex Travel partner subdomains using the report in the Yandex Distribution interface.
How remuneration is awarded
Remuneration is awarded if the user clicked through to a partner subdomain (such as partner.travel.yandex.ru) and paid for their booking.
Remuneration is paid the month following the month when the user checked out. Payment is made once a month.
When remuneration is not awarded
Partner remuneration is not paid if:
- The user canceled their order before the check-out date.
- The user paid for the booking after clicking through from a prohibited traffic source.
Taxes
For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Russia, remuneration is subject to value added tax (VAT) depending on the taxation system:

Payment of remuneration
Your income from the Yandex Travel affiliate program will be transferred to the account that you specify in the agreement. If you want your remuneration sent to another account, contact your personal affiliate program manager or write to us. In the form, specify the details of your new account. You don't have to sign a new agreement.
Sending closing documents depends on whether the services you provide are subject to VAT.
Every month, the Yandex Travel affiliate program calculates the remuneration you earned over the past month. If the amount is at least ₽3000, Yandex Travel prepares closing documents and sends them to you. If your remuneration is less than ₽3000, it keeps accumulating through the next month.
If you disagree with any information in the documents you received, please let us know using the form within 13 days of the end of the billing period.
Remuneration is sent to your account within 10 business days after the billing period expires.

When you receive the closing documents:

Sign them and send copies via the form within 5 business days.
After that, your remuneration is transferred to your account within 10 business days.
